Says will continue to face strong box, online competitors in the pre-owned space. Sees FY sales growth in each of its categories. Sees FY14 CapEx about $160M, says will invest in remodels in 2014. Says sees opening 300-400 stores among its three brands this year through new store openings or acquisitions. Sees FY14 free cash flow $450M-$500M. Says shutting down Spawn Labs due to lack of demand from customers. Says "Titanfall" was well received, with four times more pre-orders on Xbox One (MSFT) than Xobx 360. Says greater than expected supply of Xbox One, PS4 (SNE) caused decline in older generation hardware. Comments made on the Q4 earnings conference call.

Wi-LAN (WILN) announced that the company and Sony (SNE) have entered into a multi-year license agreement related to WiLAN's portfolio of television technologies. The agreement includes certain 3D television technology developed by SENSIO Technologies. SENSIO's S2D Switch technology is exclusively available from WiLAN. All remaining terms of the license agreement are confidential.
