The Gores Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, announced that it has completed the acquisition of The Clark Group, a unit of Clark Holdings. Under the terms of the transaction Clark Holdings was merged with a holding company formed by The Gores Group. Clark Holdings shareholders will receive 46c per share in cash as a result of the merger. Clark Holdings will thereafter become a private company. | |
