Deutsche, however, keeps a Buy rating on Splunk, noting that its recent user checks didn't pick up anything incrementally negative. The firm believes the Street is cautious on the stock into the results.

Sterne Agee believes that Imperva could be acquired for as much as $45 per share, and it keeps a Buy rating on the stock.
