GeoGlobal Resources announces that it has entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with an institutional investor, Crede CG II,to purchase 13.83M Units in a registered direct offering for aggregate gross proceeds of $926,435. Each Unit consists of one common share and one warrant wherein one full warrant entitles the holder to initially purchase one common share for a term of five years from today's date. | |
