Shlomo Fogel is in discussions to buy the controlling interest in drilling company GeoGlobal Resources (GGR), Globes reports. The Israeli businessman is said to view an acquisition of GeoGlobal as a step toward establishing Isrel's first drilling company. GeoGlobal's main shareholder is Israel Land Development Company.
