Geron may issue up to $50M of shares through agreement with MLV Geron disclosed last night that it entered into an At-The-Market Issuance Sales Agreement with MLV pursuant to which the company may issue and sell shares of its common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $50M from time to time through MLV as its sales agent.
