The company said, "Our existing businesses are performing consistent with our expectations. We expect to realize an increasing contribution in 2013 and into 2014 from a number of our organic projects, such as Walnut Hill, Natchez, Wink, Wyoming and Texas City. Our two largest growth projects announced to date, our SEKCO joint venture with Enterprise Products and our recently announced project around ExxonMobil's Baton Rouge refinery complex, will contribute in 2014 and accelerate into 2015."

07:01 EDTGELGenesis Energy increases quarterly dividend to 58c per share
Genesis Energy, L.P. will pay a regular quarterly distribution of 58c per Common Unit for the quarter ended September 30, 2014. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2014, to Common Unitholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2014. This distribution represents an increase of approximately 11.0% over the third quarter 2013 quarterly distribution of 52.25c per unit, and an approximate 2.7% increase over the distribution paid with respect to the second quarter of 2014. This is the thirty-seventh consecutive quarter in which Genesis has increased its quarterly distribution. During this period, thirty-two of those quarterly increases have been 10% or greater year-over-year.
