JMB Capital reported a 6% stake in Globecomm and said it supports the position of Emancipation Capital and of Discovery Equity Partners that investment bankers should be re-engaged to pursue a sale of Globecomm to a third party. JMB added that it opposes the re-election of each of the outside director nominees and stated it may engage in discussions with Globecomm. | |
