D'Arcy will join the company as president, CEO and a member of the board of directors, effective Nov. 16. D'Arcy replaces Gary Hunt who was the interim CEO. D'Arcy brings 25 years of successful leadership experience at various public and private real estate companies, and is currently the non-executive chairman of Inland Real Estate Corporation (IRC), a $1.5B REIT where he has served as an independent director since 2005.
