LiqTech International announced that it has entered into an agreement with FMC Technologies (FTI), for the use of its state-of-the-art disruptive silicon carbide membrane technology for oil/gas applications. The exclusive agreement will bring LiqTech International's silicon carbide membrane technology into the highly attractive unconventional shale oil/gas sector and will allow for the development of new water treatment systems. The agreement includes a multi-year, multi-million dollar commitment towards LiqTech technology in order for FMC Technologies to maintain exclusivity.

16:19 EDTFTIFMC Technologies awarded $180M contract in Australia
FMC Technologies signed an agreement with Woodside for the design, manufacture and supply of subsea production systems for the Greater Western Flank Phase 2 Project as part of the North West Shelf Project in Western Australia. The contract is valued at approximately $180M for FMC Technologies and includes: subsea production trees, wellheads, manifolds, subsea and topside controls, and flowline connection systems. Deliveries are expected to begin in 2016 and continue through 2018.
