| theflyonthewall.com: | France Telecom, Orascom announce advanced discussions on MobiNil, ECMS | | France Telecom-Orange and Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding S.A.E. have engaged in discussions regarding their interests in the Egyptian Company for Mobile Services S.A.E. and MobiNil for Telecommunications S.A.E. in connection with the current MobiNil Shareholders Agreement FT and OTMT have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding regarding their interests in MobiNil and ECMS, in which the parties contemplate: The early sale by OTMT of most of its stake in MobiNil/ECMS to FT, at a price of EGP 202.5 per ECMS share.
