After 21st Century Fox announced that it would sell its DBS business to BSkyB for $9.3B, Wells Fargo thinks the deal will help Fox overcome regulatory hurdles facing its potential Time Warner (TWX) deal. The firm also believes that Fox's decision to continue its share buybacks in conjunction with the Sky deal shows that it is committed to creating shareholder value and remaining disciplined. The firm keeps an Outperform rating on Fox.
