Seacoast Banking (SBCF) appointed Stephen A. Fowle as CFO for Seacoast and the Bank. Fowle will join Seacoast in April. William Hahl, Seacoast's current CFO, intends to retire and has agreed to continue to serve as Executive VP during a transition period, providing assistance as needed. Fowle is currently CFO of WSFS Financial (WSFS) since 2005.

Evans Bancorp announced that its board declared a cash dividend of 36c per share on its outstanding common stock, a 6% increase from its previous dividend paid on October 7, 2014. The dividend is payable on April 7, to shareholders of record as of March 17. The company has approximately 4.2M shares outstanding. With this increase, Evans semi-annual dividend rate is up 80% to 36c per share from 20c in August 2011.
