| 05:29 EDT |  | FLR, HON | Fluor: DOE extends Savannah River Nuclear Solutions’ M&O contract thru 2016
Fluor (FLR) has been notified that the U.S. Department of Energy, or DOE, exercised its option to extend the current Management & Operating, or M&O, contract at the Savannah River Site, or SRS, in Aiken, S.C., for an additional 38 months. The extension will cover the time period between Aug. 1, 2013 and Sept. 2016. The M&O contract is currently being executed by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, or SRNS, LLC, a Fluor-led partnership consisting of Fluor, Newport News Nuclear and Honeywell (HON). |

Fluor announced that the company executed a contract with Qatar's Public Works Authority to provide program management and construction supervision services for the approximately $5B Sharq Crossing program - previously referred to as the Doha Bay Crossing program. A formal notice of award was received in January and the contract was recently signed by both parties. The approximately $185M contract will be booked in Fluor's Q2. |

Fluor announced today that the company and Greater Gabbard Offshore Winds have reached a settlement on all outstanding claims related to the construction of the Greater Gabbard offshore wind farm project located off the coast of Suffolk, England. Financial terms of the settlement will not be disclosed and there is no material financial impact to Fluor. The agreement fully resolves all disputes and concludes Fluor's involvement in the project. |

Honeywell has won a three-year, $72.4M maintenance and training contract from the U.S. Army for Total Package Fielding Army Modernization Training to provide mission-capable vehicles and requisite training to safely operate and maintain heavy tactical vehicles. The award is a component of the ongoing support that Honeywell Technology Solutions has been providing to the Heavy Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Program for over 18 years. Heavy Tactical is part of the U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command Heavy Tactical Vehicles Program Manager under the TACOM Transportation Systems Program Executive Office. |
