Fifth Third Bancorp (FITB) disclosed in a filing, that on July 21, Fifth Third Bancorp entered into a share repurchase agreement with Morgan Stanley (MS) pursuant to which Fifth Third will purchase approximately $225M of its outstanding common stock. Fifth Third is repurchasing the shares of its common stock as part of its 100M share repurchase program previously announced on March 18.
