| theflyonthewall.com: | Sources: Essilor in talks to acquire FGX International, Telegraph reports | | Essilor is said to be nearing a takeover deal for FGX International, according to sources. The sources said Essilor is being advised by NM Rothschild and is in exclusive talks with FGX's largest shareholder, Nicolas Berggruen.
