FutureFuel announced that its board has approved a reassignment of executive officer positions among its senior managers. Paul A. Novelly, executive chairman of the board will serve as CEO, effective immediately. Lee E. Mikles had served as both president and CEO since 2005. Mikles retains his position as president and will remain active in management of the company. | |
