Thomas Milton Duff reported a 5.84% stake in Frozen Food Express and disclosed that on March 13, affiliates of Thomas Milton Duff and Frozen Food Express entered into a confidentiality agreement pursuant to which the company agreed to provide the Duff's affiliates certain confidential information concerning the business of the company and the Duff affiliates generally agreed not to disclose such confidential information and agreed to standstill restrictions with respect to the company's securities. |
