Forum Energy lowers Q4 EPS range to 36c-38c from 42c-46c, consensus 43c The company said the lowering of its Q4 guidance estimates are because severe winter storms affected production at seven Forum manufacturing facilities in North Texas and Oklahoma, and the delivery of product and equipment to customers in the U.S. Delays in the delivery of several remotely operated vehicles and major components until 1Q14 reduced the revenue expected to be recognized in the fourth quarter.
