According to a statement issued to the Wall Street Journal, FedEx has informed the DOJ and SEC that it received allegations that its operation in Kenya paid bribes to government officials, violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. FedEx says it is investigating these allegations and "has not found anything to substantiate the allegations." Reference Link
