As part of a lawsuit being brought against FedEx (FDX) that alleges the company levied residential surcharges to business deliveries, emails were made public that reveal the company was aware it "systematically overcharged" government and business customers, according to a Financial Times report. The report notes that the emails were made public Monday after a judge overturned a ruling that had kept them confidential. Reference Link
