Piper Jaffray believes Facebook will likely announce modest upgrades to the user and/or advertiser experience at tomorrow's event, despite speculation of a major announcement. Piper said it would be a buyer of the stock on any weakness from investor disappointment surrounding the event. Furthermore, the firm expects Facebook to report strong Q4 results, in-line with consensus expectations. Piper keeps an Overweight rating on Facebook with a $38 price target.
