Facebook (FB) announced a change to its messaging features, including an "Inbox delivery test," according to a release on the company's site. Facebook also said that this "test" will allow "a small number of people the option to pay to have a message routed to the Inbox rather than the Other folder of a recipient that they are not connected with."
