FARO Technologies disclosed last night that effective January 4, David Morse, Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Americas Region, was terminated from that position. The company said it is currently negotiating the terms of a separation package with Morse. Shares of FARO are down 6%, or $2.23, to $33.53 in early trading. | |
