Azul Brazilian Airlines announced, at the 2014 Farnborough International Airshow, that it has signed a Letter of Intent, or LOI, with Embraer S.A. for 30 firm orders for the E195-E2 jets. Besides the firm order, the LOI includes additional 20 purchase rights for the same model, bringing the total potential order to up to 50 E195-E2 jets.
