Epiq Systems announced that its board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 9c per share of outstanding common stock. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable February 15, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 14, 2013. In addition, the board has declared a special, one-time cash dividend of 9c per share of outstanding common stock. The special cash dividend will be payable December 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30. | |
