The owners of uranium enrichment firm Urenco are looking to sell the company, according to The New York Times. German utilities E.ON (EONGY) and RWE (RWEOY) jointly own a third of Urenco, while the British and Dutch governments each have a one-third stake, the newspaper stated. Reference Link

RWE AG has acquired a minority position in solar company Conergy, reports Reuters, citing a statement from RWE Supply & Trading board member Andree Stracke. Transaction details were not disclosed although Conergy stated RWE was the largest single investor in its $45M funding round. Reference Link
