EntreMed initiates Phase 2 trial in advanced/metastatic soft tissue sarcoma EntreMed announced the initiation of a single-center Phase 2 study entitled "A Phase 2 Study of Oral ENMD-2076 Administered to Patients with Advanced/Metastatic Soft Tissue Sarcoma". The primary objective of this Phase 2 study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ENMD-2076 in advanced/metastatic STS patients with the 6 month PFS rate as the end point of the study.
