EMCOR Group increases quarterly dividend, announces special cash dividend The board approved a 20% increase in the company's quarterly dividend to 6c per share from 5c per share. The board also declared a special cash dividend of 25c per share. Both dividends will be paid on December 28 to stockholders of record as of December 18. The board announced the quarterly dividend will be accelerated and will re place the regular quarterly dividend that would have been paid in January 2013.
