08:06 EDTEHTHeHealth reports Q1 GAAP EPS (12c), consensus (17c)
Reports Q1 revenue $61.3M, consensus $45.63M. Reports Q1 adjusted EPS 26c. Approximately $3.0M in Medicare commission revenues were pushed out into Q1 from Q4 as a result of a new regulation that requires commissions on Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D prescription drug products sold during the Annual Enrollment Period not to be paid to brokers until January 1, which is the effective date of these policies, and as a result of us not receiving commission information from certain carriers in Q4.
