After New Oriental Education's (EDU) stock fell 11.4% since YY (YY) announced on February 25 that it would invest $150M in an online education initiative, Wells Fargo doesn't think YY poses a significant threat to New Oriental Education. The firm believes the sell-off in New Oriental Education is overdone and keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.

The total number of schools was 56 as of August 31.
