PayPaul, a unit of eBay (EBAY), is suspending many transactions in India for over a week, the Associated Pres reports. "Personal payments" to and from India are being blocked, as well as transfers to banks in India, according to a spokesperson. PayPal says it hopes to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
