DreamWorks Animation (DWA) and NBC (GE) announced that they have joined forces in a first-of-its-kind televised promotional partnership that will debut on Tuesday, February 9, just three days before the commencement of the network's broadcast of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games. DreamWorks Animation has produced a series of seven winter sports-themed custom, CG animated vignettes tied to its 3D animated feature film, HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON, which opens nationwide on March 26. The vignettes will be fully integrated across all NBC platforms, including the "Today" Show, CNBC, USA and MSNBC as well as during the network's regularly scheduled telecasts of the Vancouver Games. :theflyonthewall.com

The firm cites a lack of positive catalysts and margin concerns for the downgrade and lowered its target on shares to $31. BofA/Merrill downgraded Western Union to Neutral from Buy following the disappointing Q4 report and guidance. The firm cut its target to $20 from $24. Keefe Bruyette downgraded Investment Technology Group to Market Perform from Outperform following the company's weaker than expected Q4 results.
