19:45 EDTDOWDow Chemical prepares for antitrust trial, Reuters says
Dow Chemical (DOW) is the only defendant that did not settle a class action lawsuit, started nine years ago, that alleges a conspiracy to fix chemical prices and will go to trial over the matter starting Wednesday, according to a Reuters report. The report says the plaintiffs estimate damages that exceed $1B and says Dow could face penalties that exceed $3B. Reference Link
