Digimarc Corporation announced a renewal and extension of its stock repurchase program, on the same terms and conditions, through December 31, 2013. Authorization for the program expired on November 1. The stock repurchase program authorizes the purchase, at the discretion of management, of up to $5M of the company's outstanding common stock of which $4.2M remains available for repurchase. | |
