Field & Stream Licenses announced that it has signed an agreement with Dick's Sporting Goods to sell to Dick's the intellectual property rights to the Field & Stream trademarks in the hunting, fishing, camping and paddle categories. Previously, Field & Stream had licensed these categories to Dick's on an exclusive basis. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
