Phil Falcone and LightSquared are trying to persuade a bankruptcy judge to reject a plan by Dish Network to buy LightSquared's spectrum assets, says the Wall Street Journal. LightSquared noted that Dish's share price has risen 50% since it made a bid for the spectrum assets, indicating that investors see the assets as being worth more than Dish's $2.2B bid, the Wall Street Journal adds.
