Broadcasters such as Disney (DIS), CBS (CBS), Comcast's (CMCSA, CMCSK) NBCUniversal, 21st Century Fox's unit Fox (FOX, FOXA), Univision, Public Broadcasting Service and Tribune petitioned the Supreme Court to review their copyright infringement suit against Aereo in October and the Supreme Court might decide on January 10 whether to review the case, reported Adweek. Comcast Business announced that it was awarded a Schedule 70 contract with the General Services Administration, GSA, which enables the company to sell directly to federal, state and local government customers. The initial Schedule 70 applies to Comcast Business Ethernet services.
