Clinton Group, owner of 7.2% of Digital Generation's outstanding shares, disclosed that its representatives spoke with executives of Digital Generation and expressed their view that the common stock was "grossly undervalued given the operating performance of the business." Clinton Group told Digital Generation that its board should immediately terminate the Rights Agreement to allow all interested buyers of the common stock to buy stock.
