The board increases the quarterly dividend to 9c per share from 8c per share. The board declared an accelerated dividend of 9c per share payable on December 28 to shareholders of record on December 14. The payment of the dividend is intended by the board to be in lieu of the quarterly dividend that would have been paid in March 13. The next quarterly dividend, if declared by the board, is expected to be paid in June 2013. | |
