| theflyonthewall.com: | Developers Diversified and Glimcher Realty Trust close strategic asset swap | | DDR (DDR) and Glimcher Realty Trust (GRT) have completed a previously announced strategic asset swap in which DDR purchased the power center, Polaris Towne Center, in Columbus, Ohio; and Glimcher purchased the open-air mall, Town Center Plaza, in Leawood, Kansas. The terms of the sale were, as reported previously, DDR purchased Polaris Towne Center for approximately $80M and Glimcher purchased Town Center Plaza for approximately $139M. :theflyonthewall.com |
