In a move to reduce its risk-weighted assets and boost capital, Deutsche Bank (DB) is planning to sell a complex credit trading portfolio, Reuters reports. A source says the bank wants to shed EUR16B of RWAs by the end of March from its non-core operations unit. Two credit hedge funds are in the running to purchase the portfolio, a market source says.
