Between the U.S. and China, carriers from both sides are only getting about 60% of the air traffic, which is below the norm for other parts of the world, Delta estimates, and now the U.S. carrier is working with its Chinese counterpart, China Eastern Airlines, to try to take back some of that business for both, reported The Wall Street Journal.
