Revenues at Atlantic City casinos were down for a sixth straight year before Hurricane Sandy hit as new gaming destinations were built in Pennsylvania and New York, Barron's contends. Caesar's Entertainment (CZR), which owns four properties in the region, has seen its cash flow steadily decline in recent years and has $22B of debt from a 2008 leveraged buyout, the paper adds.
