Jefferies says Andrew Hagerty, a former sales rep for Cyberonics, dropped his wrongful termination suit against the company in a court filing dated February 1. Jefferies believes the filing removes an overhang on shares of Cyberonics and reiterates a Buy rating on the name. Shares of Cyberonics are up 7%, or $3.25, in morning trading. | |
