Coldwater Creek announced that its co-founder, chairman of the board, and CEO, Dennis Pence, will retire as CEO of Coldwater Creek effective December 31. Commensurate with this announcement, the Coldwater Creek board appointed the company's president and chief merchandising officer, Jill Brown Dean, as president and CEO of Coldwater Creek, effective January 1. | |
