The first installment of 56c per share, or approximately $202M, is based upon the number of currently outstanding shares and represents the first of four quarterly installments totaling $2.24 per share, which was approved by shareholders at the company's Annual General Meeting held on May 17. The dividend will be paid on June 19 to shareholders of record on May 31.
