08:47 EDTCVU, UTXCPI Aerostructures selected by United Technologies subsidiary for Seahawk repair
CPI Aerostructures (CVU) has been selected by Sikorsky Aerospace Services to overhaul and repair outboard stabilator assemblies for the H-60 Seahawk helicopter. SAS is the worldwide aftermarket business of Sikorsky Aircraft, a subsidiary of United Technologies (UTX). CPI Aero will inspect, overhaul and repair stabilator assemblies under this first new O&R contract, with deliveries scheduled to commence in January 2013.

CPI Aerostructures (CVU) announced that it has received an extension, through 2015, to its existing General Ordering Agreement with Bell Helicopter, a Textron (TXT) company, that adds additional delivery requirements totaling $3.95M for the manufacture of various assemblies for the AH-1Z ZULU attack helicopter.
