Covanta, Clean Energy partner to build natural gas stations Covanta Energy (CVA) and Clean Energy (CLNE) announced an agreement to co-develop compressed natural gas stations at select Covanta facilities throughout the U.S. The two companies will work together to identify Covanta sites on which to construct CNG stations. Each station will provide compressed natural gas for a minimum of 30 refuse trucks a day and depending on the location, will be accessible to the public for CNG fueling. The two companies are currently evaluating Covanta sites throughout the country to build additional CNG stations.

Covanta names Bradford Helgeson as CFO Covanta Holding reported that Bradford Helgeson will assume the position of executive vice president and CFO, effective immediately. Helgeson has been Covanta's vice president and treasurer since 2007. He will replace Sanjiv Khattri, who will be actively assisting in the transition.
