Chinese online travel agency Ctrip.com (CTRP) is being sued for trademark infringement and unfair competition by a ticket agent, according to Shaghai Daily. The agent, which is seeking about $800,000 in damages, alleges that Ctrip used link promotion services from a search engine to steal the agency's customers, the newspaper reported. Reference Link
